Macro to copy and paste at specific time of day

This should be an easy fix for someone who is experienced. Thank you in advance for getting me over the finish line (I've spent way too many hours)! The macro is setup to copy and paste market data at specific times (eg, 10:00, 10:05, 10:10) across a row. Everything works with the following code until 10:05 when the data gets pasted four times instead of once. This happens the rest of the day. Thoughts?
