    conditional formatting

    Hi

    can you help withthe follwoing please?

    attached is a work book with three formatted cells (column D) and in column F is what i want to apply the rules to as the data in column F will change. tried to record the macro and see the how it works there, but no joy.

    any help would be appreciated.

    What exactly do you want to do with the cells in Column F?

    so i want the three cells in column D to be one conditional format, which i can then apply to column F
