Your request is not clear to me.
You are trying to remove duplicates in sheet1 and then copy them in to sheet2 and then you want to compare them with sheet2?
Do these two exist before you apply the code? Or is sheet2 is created from sheet1?
Do you want to compare both sheets based on two columns(Dept and Size) and copy the rows which are match on both sheets with out duplicates?
