Macro Buttons -Switching through Sheets and Saving information, change color (Noob help)

I am new to Macros and never did VBA coding previously before. I am good with coding understanding but coding is not my profession
Now I had a assignment from Boss that I need to make a Excel file with 15 sheets in it.
I've had heard of this forum and thought giving it a try.

So
Requirement 1:
There will be 4 Buttons for Navigation. Home, Previous, Next & Save Information (Except Save information button I used Hyper linking)Save button should save all information in that particular sheet and change the color of those filled.

Requirement 2:
Sheet No 6 Will have 150 Rows to be filled so Buttons NEXT and PREVIOUS should cycle through Row 1 to 15, then 16-30, then 31-45 and Finally at 150th row Next button should take to next sheet.

Requirement 3:
A good template for this Sheet probably
