calculating within the different sheets

Hello,

I hope that data in the WB are clear enough.

First table on the left is in the sheet1. It contains with a lot of data and a volume of sales for each product in the days 1 to 5.
On sheet two there is a table of next 5 days, and a predicted volume of sales is statistically average volume of days 1 to 5 (with extremes and without extremes)

What i want my macro to do is to calculate within the macro(to save time - maybe as a redim table inside macro) average values with and without extremes and put the data to sheet2 just as You can see in sheet 2

I need some help, I don't even know how to start this macro
