Hi friends
I need help with getting maximum dates from duplicate records in one column and the dates in other column
Example
Column A ColumnB
11223 1/11/2011
11223 5/12/2012
11223 8/11/2011
11224 1/1/2013
11225 2/2/2013
11226 3/2/2013
11226 4/2/2013
Need to find a macro that will display one record for column A eliminating duplicates and finding Max value of Column B.
Help would be appreciated.

Please attach a sample workbook with enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
