Value in 1 cell to look up value onb a nother spreedsheet and copy

Hi There eveyone
A newbie here and i am stuggling with this:

I have 2 spreadsheets and i need a programme which look up the week number typed on sheet2 cell b5 with the data on the data on sheet1. When it has found this i need it to copy & paste all the Information on them lines onto sheet2 row 7. I have uploaded the spreadsheets if it will make it clearer

Any help will be much appreicated
