Macros and differing ranges of data

Hi all,

I've attached an example of some output from some software which I import to Excel and produce charts from, based on various criteria. I've no problem writing macros based on the data in the attached table but what if the information I import differs by a row or a column?

For instance, I've added a table to the right of the data which takes data from the "index" rows. I can do that with a simple macro but what if there are only 3 retailer rows? Or 7? How can I make the macro work regardless of how many rows of data in the table?

A cheeky bump. I've still not solved this unfortunately, and I have changed the name of the thread in accordance with the hysterical multi-coloured, multi-formatted font in the first reply.
