Mapping the TEXT, Using MACRO

Hi,

Could you please help me, I am facing an issue with mapping the Text, I need to map the text from one to another sheet. When its check the first value, mapping is done after could not able to check the second value.
I am getting error message is "Object value or with block variable not set"

I attached the excel sheet, please run the macro,
First Tab have Column A,B,C, If Column A and B is matched with Second tab content, Column C value should replace to second tab.

This Macros are running like,

In 1st sheet, Column A and B is Matched with 2nd Sheet Content, 1st sheet Column C Value should be replace to the 2nd Sheet.

Here the problem is 1st data is replace but 2nd data is not able to find in 1st sheet. So i stuck with this issue.

Please resolve this issue
