Save a file from a webpage, from an uknown/partially known URL, via VB script

Hi Guys,

I am new to VB, I've an interesting yet challenging scenario. I am stuck in this for more than a month
When I click a button on my secured site it open a new webpage in which I can download my file (mostly .CSV file).
I need to automate this, but below are my challenges
1) Because of some IE setting I need to press and hold 'ctl' button for me to get popup that I can save file (I've attached a screen shot of popup, how it looks when I hold 'Ctl' button), if I dont hold ctl button, the webpage opens and closes immediately.
2) But if I open a new webpage and enter the same URL, I dont have to press and hold 'ctl' button. (I get the popup to download the file)
3) Challenge is the new webpage URL changes every time I login to the site, and I am not able to find through VB what the new URL is because it just closes immediately.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
