Insert row and then copy above formula on protected sheet

Hi,
I'm new with VB and try to learn it through web search. I try to find it on the web (ex: http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...above-row.html) and can't really find anything that works for me (or probably because I'm still new and confuse).
Below are the coding that I use:

Now, I need to make the end user able to insert row with automatically copy formula from above row that is protected. The formula are on column F,K,P,U,etc. I cannot find anything from the web that relevance to my inquiry.

Anyone can help?
