How to get all groups by rows Excel and for each group get it row range, set subtotals

Hello.

I have Excel file with many groups by rows, but without any subtotals.

1) How to add subtotals to the existing groups?
2) How to get all groups by rows on the sheet?
3) How to get a range of rows in the groups?

Can't record this in macros.
