Macros Open folder, copy, paste and close the folder

Hello,

I would like to ask if someone knows how to create a Macros in Excel file which can open a folder, than open another excel file, copy information from this file and paste it to the first excel file and close the folder. Is it possible to create such a command to open a folder through the macros and close this folder?

Please help.
