Need code to compare same fields on different tabs in workbook and highlight if changed

I have a macro that basically creates a scope report that we need at the conclusion of each sprint. I have provided a sample of what the "Scope Report" looks like. The macro takes 2 csv query export files and manipulates them and creates the scope report. The macro works beautifully, however, what I need is to find the code that will compare the notes field in column I on the current tab with the previous tab. For example, executive objective ID # 157634 on row 2 shows "NEW" in column I which is the notes field. The next time I run this report, it will create a new tab for the current day. If the status of that ID is not "In Progress" or Resolved or Closed, for example, I want the macro to automatically highlight that field if the information in column I has changed from the previous tab on the worksheet for the same objective ID.

    Macro attached along with spreadsheet.

Is there a convention for the way the tabs are named?
    Thanks,
    Solus

    Solus,

Yes, the tabs are named "Scope Report10 Jul 2013" as an example. Format is Scope Reportdd mon YYYY

    Thx
