Generate Random Numbers

Hi,

I've attached the workbook I'm tryin to work in.
And my problem is.
I don't even know how to start.

I have 4 columns in which i want the first column to be the number of the random number like 1,2,3,4,... and the other 3 column should contain generated random numbers that are in the criteria I set in another column.
So if I put that I want 40 numbers it should generate 40 numbers in column 2 that are between a criteria 40 numbers in column 3 and column 4.

I don't know how to explain it better so I hope the attachment helps,
I hope someone can point me in the right direction with this
