Using Evaluate / Sumproduct Combination - Error 2029/15

hello,

I am using Evaluate + Sumproduct and the below code results in Error 2029.

where i have defined names as below

NamedRng1=$A$1:$Z$5000
NamedRng2=$A$2:$Z$2
NamedRng3=$H$1:$H$5000

Value1,Value2, Value3 - Stored Characters in it.

can someone help to identify and correct the error in the above code?

Note: if i use the sumproduct formula directly in Cell it works as expected.

seeing few other posts i have tried inserting "=" before Sumproduct function and also including variable names as " & Value1 & ". Still the same result. can some one help on this please..
