Adding commas to cell adds unwated quotes

I have a macro that adds a comma to the end of a cell value for all cells within a range that contains a value.

It looks fine in Excel. However, when I save the file as a Text File, it places unwanted quotes around the data where the comma was placed.

In excel it looks like this 700.23, 459.1, 500.02 (which is what I want)

When saved as a txt file it looks like this "700.23," "459.1," 500.02 (which is not what I want)

Any help would be appreciated.

How do you save? I tried saving as Text(MS-Dos) and couldn´t find any delimiters there, saving as CSV finding the delimiter in addition (my version places ; as delimiter). Or are you using a macro for that action?

For some reason, everything I copy into a txt file from excel gets quotes, I don't think its just because of your macro.

I tried saving as Text(MS-Dos).

If I save the file without the commas, it looks fine. When I add the commas, I get quotation marks around the cell values that have the added comma.

Thanks Again, but I am still having problems with the code.

I tried the post you referenced, but it only copies the values. I need the commas as well as some text that is in the file.
