Macro to insert COUNTIF with a variable range

Hi everyone, this is my first post and I hope I can get some help. I am trying to write a macro that inserts a COUNTIF function that has a variable range in a worksheet. The range starts at E4 on the sheet but has variable number of columns and a variable number of rows to count. I get #Name? error, or get 'Expected End of Statement / Expected Separator errors whenever I add double quotes and "&".
