Help in writing excel numbers in .txt

Dear friends,

I have one Excel spreadsheet where I have this kind of data:

And this until 31-12-2012

What I would like, is a macro that can read all this data and then write it in a .txt file with exactly this format:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

As you can see it's year, month, day and then the value.

Please note that between the date: (year, month, day) there are 2 spaces. And then from the day to the value only one space is used.

Anyone can give me a help?
