Populate Output sheet based on input data and lookup condition

Hi,

I want to write a macro which will populate the 3rd sheet, that is Output, from the sheet named 'Input'. And it will search which data will go which column based on the sheet name 'lookup'.

For example, in the attached file , it will search in lookup file that in Output sheet, Column(A) 'Name' will be populated from Input sheet's Column(A). Output sheet's Column(F) FirstName will be populated from Input sheet's column(A) Name. and so on

I have attached only the basic ersion of the sheet. The original one contain more columns and more conditions.

Please help me on this. I am not able to find any clue to write a macro for this.


The main goal is to populate data from Input sheet to Outpur sheet based on the lookup data.
