Macro to transfer data from Input sheet to summary form

I am looking to automatically transfer that data that is input into the "Input Data" tab to the "Invoice Form" tab in the corresponding cells. Is this possible? Does it involve a macro/VBA?

Also when there are multible rows populated in the "input data" tab will it be possible on the Invoice Form tab to scroll back through the previous rows of data?

See the file attached. I'd say it is rather basic but I have no expereince of using Macros.
