    Transform a sheet (like a Pivot) on unique observations

    Hello, guys!

    I have an issue... I have a table like this, kinda like a pivot table...

    But I need a table like this, kinda like the original data was supposed to be...
    teste2.png

    Does anyone know how to do it? I know a little bit VBA but I'm having some issues here...
