I need a macro that will insert a picture into an autoshape.

I am a newbie to excel, sort of, but not doing well with writing my own codes. The insert picture question is a popular one it seems on all excel forums but I am having a hard time finding what I need.

Ultimately it would be nice to have a drop down list insert a picture of our part into a designated autoshape or cell range. But I can live with just being able to click on the autoshape square and have it send me to the proper file location of all of the pictures. Then once inserted it autosizes to the shape.

Hope this isn't too much to ask for. I've been searching this board and hundreds others for days trying to find the right solution. I've been to contextures(Ron's?), but couldn't get the file/drop down list method to work once I tried to separate the links to a separate sheet in order to keep my main sheet clean looking.
