Input Box

Hello and thanks in advance for any help you can offer me.

I would like to use an Input box to add a number to the active cell...

I'm inserting a row doing some code and then at the very end, adding a number that I need to input, but it has leading text and I would rather just add the 3-digit number.

So, if I added 219 the result would be LM0219
