need help on assign outlook tasks

Hi I 'm really new on excel and vb and I desperately need help. I tried lots of thing but couldn't handle this.

The Macro should assign task for all "in progress" and in "Process" subjects
Task body should be column G
Task due date should be column L

It should send task to people in column K
Here is the my excel file.
And my fail module is in this. :D

I wrote to this but its add task to my outlook
How can I assign task to others

for example I read names on column 11
when I read "ME"
It should add the task to (asd@mail.com) his outlook

How can I do that?
