making another cell = to another using macro's

hi guys, im a bit of a noob at excel and wondering if i could have some help
i only know simple ways of excel programing, or programing in general and this is my problem
if you look at the first JPEG attatchment you will see what i have tried to do, perhaps this simple way of programing is complex!
we are looking at macro 5 (marcro 4 is correct and works)
what i have tried to do is put cells
C:320
D:320
E:320
eqaul to
L:320
L:321
L:322
respectivley

and then the cells
C:321
D:321
E:321
eqaul to
L:324
L:325
L:326
respectivly

and then the macro to do that for a few series
unfortunatly i dont know what the code is to wright and gave it my best geuss

can anybody help me correct the macro code?
