Lock and unlock sheets with password , diffrent usernames different actions

Hi All
First of i'm very new to VBA actually started off yesterday so i'm struggling figuring things out..
First of i would like the attached page to do the following..

1. If I type something in the row INPUT it should reflect the date in the first colum B --- This i Achieved
2.If i type something in FEEDBACK 1 it should display the login name of pc in the NAME colum G and also the DATE in colum F --- This I achieved
3.If i type something in FEEDBACK 2 it should display the login name of pc in the NAME colum J and also the DATE in colum I --- This I achieved
4.Now i want to lock the sheet so that people can only change stuff in Feedback 1 and feedback 2 and nothing else but at the same time if I or a friend of mine open the page I want us to have full control over what to change without me manually unprotecting the sheet and then protecting it again.
5. The page i want password protected but without someone with knowledge can get the password
