Making a macro refresh data in tables and graphs

Hello, I need help with creating a macro that will update tables and graphs once the Tabs have been updated by the respective user.

I have attached the file, but here goes an explanation:

Row 1 has weeks to report. Different user access the report to update their tab on the file for each respective week every Friday. What I need the Macro to do is update the new week totals on the Graphs Tab when I come in on Monday to run it.

Is it even possible to do something like this? If so can someone Please let me know where to start??
