Add value of checkboxes in a certain range

I am trying to add the value of checked, checkboxes within the range of D35-D71 and D74-D95 with the total going into F14. Please see attached file. I am new to VBA, please see the code I tried using. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    John,

Thank you very much, works great! Would you please explain to me what exactly you changed? I'd like to know so I can replicate this in the future if changes are needed. Thank you again.

    Hi MAI2010

You're welcome...glad I could help. Thanks for the Rep.

Since you have a multitude of CheckBoxes I've introduced a Class Module to monitor the changes in the applicable CheckBoxes...otherwisie you'd need to write Change Event Code for each applicable CheckBox.

You will see that much, if not most, of the Code I introduced is taken from here...study it...you'll understand...

If you're using MANY CheckBoxes, TextBoxes, ComboBoxes, etc, Class Modules are, in my opinion, the approach to take.
