macro for command button to copy cell content to other cells

Hi guys,

I am very new here and not really good in excel

I want a code for the command button to do the following:

check cells in column B starting from cell B11 (under the "Agent Name"), if the cell have a value (not Blank) then copy the content of the red cell E3 to the cells in column D that counter! (on the same row) the cells that has values in column B as shown in the attached excel.
