Save active worksheet to pdf and email

I am trying to do something which seems easy, but have been struggling for weeks. I have tried Ron Bruin's codes, but no luck. I keep getting errors.
What I want to do:

-- Run script from active worksheet to convert it to a PDF file
-- Save the new pdf with active workbook file name in folder: O:\Data\DecoForeman\OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION BOOK\Freeman 835 labor requests
-- Email the new pdf file as attachedment to: Recipient: EACREQ@iatselocal835.org Subject: "Labor Request Attached"
-- Display email before sending
