Is it possible in excel to have a macro that retrieves lists?

I have 7 different groups, and within each of those groups there is a list of names that correspond to them. In one column you pick the group you want, and in the next column i want to run an if function or macro that will retrieve the list that corresponds with the group chosen, so that you can then choose which name you want with the corresponding group.

Such as in column B i chose the group Alpha, in column C i want the list of names that are part of the Alpha group to show up so that you can choose the name you want.

    Thanks for any help.
