Need to be notified when data entered and when specific data entered

I have a couple of clients who work in a warehouse scanning in barcode labels from boxes received and they need the following functionality:

When a barcode is scanned, their computer system will beep to let them know it has received the data properly.
When a specific barcode is scanned (they regularly need to be on the lookout for specific shipments) the system will notify them in some way, whether by a different beep or a series of beeps etc.
The specific barcode needs to be able to be easily changed as needed.

You would need firstly to compile a list of the Barcodes that you need to be notified of differently than normal. You could then produce some code that sits behind the Worksheet that runs each time a new barcode is entered and if it matches one on the list the notify the operator, perhaps with a Message Box.
