Macro to switch between non-adjacent tabs in a spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet with 100+ tabs that are need to remain in their established order. However, frequently I need to move back and forth between a specific pair of tabs that are not adjacent - they are actually quite far away from each other (tab 5, tab 106).

Is there a key command to switch between the last used and the active tab? Or possibly a macro that could do this?

add the macro below and set a shortcut key to it through Options > Macro Dialog box.
