Need help removing specific instances of Alt+Enter from within a cell

Hi all,

I am working on a spreadsheet and the creator used Alt+Enter a lot in the spreadsheet where it was not necessary, causing additional blank spaces at the end of the cell and also breaking down items that are separated by comms into alomst a bullet type fashion within the cell. I need to undo this but not undo the way the steps are separated using Alt+Enter in the cell (example: Steps start off as 1., 2., 3., etc. Those need to remain as such but the other items within the same cell separated by Alt+Enter need to be removed). I have attached an example document. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks!
