    Relative References?

I am trying to record a macro that inserts a new column for data received once a week. The worksheet is formatted to print out on a single page by hiding any rows with data at least eight weeks old. There are two tables on this worksheet, one directly over the other. Basically, I would like the macro to insert a row, format it, ungroup the old data, regroup it and add one week. Is this possible with relative references or any other way?

It's very possible. Please upload a sample workbook so the people who can help you have something to work with.

Edit your original post, press "go advanced", and look down the page for "manage attachments".

After that you will be able to upload a workbook from your computer, but first make sure you have removed all private information you don't want to share with the world.
