Button to exchange a set of values

I would like to know how to program a button to replace a set of values with another set of values. This button, when pressed a second time should be able to put back the original values.

I have a column with "Actual Values" and another column of "Rule of Thumb" values. I'd like the button to swap out the "Actual Values" with the "Rule of Thumb" values. I do not want to exchange the two however as the RoT values should not change. I'd also like the button text to change depending on the action that will be performed upon the next click. "Use RoT Values" and "Use Actual Values"

I have an example spreadsheet attached that provides an example to work from.
