Every X amount of rows, find and replace XXX

I originally posted for help but I think this may be an easier macro to create...


Starting at row 11 and continuing every 18 rows through row 7716:


Find and replace the following-


EMEDICARE****** TO ESUPMEDIC******

'!$AG$ TO '!$AN$

'!$Y$ TO '!$AO$

'!$AH$ TO '!$AP$

'!$Z$ TO '!$AQ$

Use Find and replace Excel's function. It is much faster than writing a code.

Find and replace would work... but multipule rows contain the same exact values. Only one row of a set of identical rows needs to be changed- find and replace would change all of the rows.
