filter out green text and delete it with every entry?

How do I get the Automatic filtering with every entry? Column C.

also, if you are going to delete it, why filter it, why not just let the macro delete it?

It is a barcode scan in/out process and when returned, the duplicates should be deleted. I recorded a Macro and ran it, but it had errors.
