Need help with many cell numbers Counting down

Column A's cells will go up a row towards the top with each sheet (PB63) and (PB64). They're on 429 now, so the next sheet will be 428, 427, and so on. Same with L and W.

C thru F, N thru Q and Y thru AB are the only other columns I need to change each sheet. The rest is the same sheet after sheet. You can see that on the bottom where it says PB63,PB64 ect. All of those are identical

The information is from two different books this page will have the number 429 and goes down. Columns A,L and W. The other cells that are in C,D,E,F and N,O,P,Q Y,Z,AA,AB will have numbers 240 in all the cells which are in The Numbers book. The next sheet GAME 64 will be 239, then 238



I hope this make sense? I want to be able to copy say sheet PB64, move to end and it automatically becomes PB65 with the new numbers in the cells or something there of
