Need to copy certain cells based on an entry in another cell

Here is what I would like to be able to do:

If a user enters a "y" in column R of Current RMA I need the data from column E,B,N to be copied to 'Charts' Column A,B,C starting in row 2 and adding on from there.

I have found many examples that are close, but I cannot get any of them to work.
