Copy data from specific location in sheet 1 to sheet 2

Hi,

I need to copy specific data from sheet 1 to sheet 2.

When ever i update the data to sheet 2, it should get added below already filled row.

No data should be deleted from sheet 2 rather only added to the empty rows.

Moreover once the data is copied to sheet 2, the data in sheet 1 should be deleted but only 3 column (i.e column C to E). The data in column B (i.e Date) should not be deleted
