Obtain sum of last 10 used cells in a row that contains random blanks

Hello,

Row 3 is an ongoing row of numbers and blanks that occur randomly. How would I sum the last 10 numbers as they are mingled with randomly occurring blanks? This sum total would appear in row 2 above each new number in row 3.
