I want to create a spreadsheet that contains a list of exercises in one column, and in the column next to each exercise I can select from a drop-down list of categories for that exercise. Each exercise can have multiple categories that it is assigned to. The final step would allow me to create a list of exercises on a new sheet based on the selection of one or more categories.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
