    to design conditional chart

    Hi all,
    I have a business plan and I listed some activities and the rates for each activities. I need a chart to show following.

    When I write "done" in D3 and D4 cells, the chart show me that 20% of the work is completed.
    Is it possible? Could you help me?

    I think to need some automation for that chart, so I sent my thread this category.
