Delete dubs Sheet 2 based on value in 2 Sheets

Hi. I would like to find a code which can find dublettes in Sheet2 Column A2 and down and Sheet 3 Column A2 and down.
And then delete the rows dubs in Sheet 2 but only for column A and B. (Invoice and amount)

The code shall run from a command button in Sheet1.

I have attached a test sheet where its more easy to see what i want. Hope some can help.

What is the issue? Why is Japan Dave code is not working. Are you comparing column A only, or both columns A and B?

And in that sheet this code gives the error also.
Its weird really it did not in the beginning. But when i open it here now, it does.
