Creating a userform to store data in the spreadsheet

i want to create a userform to store data in a spreadsheet in excel 2010

i tried this range(a1).value = textbox1.value and theres nothing in a1
this code was added where i clicked on the form , so i gues its called the form module?
im new to excel 2010 vba coding please help and provide the full coding on adding new data t othe sheet including finding a blank row
