    Index funcion help need..............

    Hi Form,

    I have less knowledge of Index function. Here I have attached the file. I have to insert index function in all field in sheet2, data is in Sheet1

    it is not necessary to send such a large file. extract of sheet 1 and your present sheet2 would be enough

    see in sheet 3 of attached extracted file C2 (formula alaredy given by you) and D2 where I modified formula in C2. copy D2 down
