Sir, I need some basic solution for my below query..

1. Put Condition for cheque no. , if chq.no. is less than or more than 6 digit entry will not accept. For Column E5
2. Need Auto Fill in b12 : b615 ( e.g. 1003 SNW, as n when entering data, excel auto fill / saw nearest data, which is in data list)
3. Must ( if Payment Term in % need cheque no. must) this condition must when file was saved. if chq.no. not provide against Pt %, file not saved and show error msg for chq. no.)

any one help, i think above query is easy for guru's..
