Imagine, that you have a list of 17.000 customers with their location attributes (latitude, longitude) and you have a map placed in worksheet.
My goal is to place a shape (oval), in the same worksheet the map is, on specific place according to customer geo coordinates.
The methodology "how" is fully clear for me:
- you take a map
- calibrate their dimensions to GEO
- place a shape (set shape and few color modifications + DoEvents)
For count up to 5.000 shapes it is simple and not so much time consuming.
But when you want to palce 17k shapes, it took too much time (with increasing amount the speed is falling rapidly down).
Is there any system or excel accelerator I will be able to use?
